Located on London Street south of Bellevue, the London Street Cul-de-sac is classified as a street median and is open to beautification. This is an area severely lacking in green space, and disproportionately affected by pollution and other hazards; transforming this current heat island into a green space would help to mitigate these issues, as well as beautify the community.
