Neighborhood Pride Initiative
Meets occasionally as necessary; contact committee chair for information on our next meeting.
The Neighborhood Pride Initiative develops programs to increase our stakeholders’ love of Silver Lake. Their first project is developing a series of permanent signs to be hung at major entrances to the community which read “Silver Lake Celebrates Our Traditions of Diversity, Innovation and Harmony.” Other projects under consideration are a Silver Lake history project and a character-building program aimed at our neighborhood youth.
